# WellPrept

> WellPrept is knowledge infrastructure for modern medical practices. It centralizes practice-approved knowledge and makes answers available to patients and staff when and where questions arise. WellPrept has four modules: Foundation for patient pre-education, Journeys for timed patient content around procedures and tests, Clarity for AI staff search across a practice's own policies and workflows, and Frontline for AI patient phone support.

WellPrept is specialty-agnostic and works for practices of any size, from multi-site health systems to solo physicians, in both primary care and specialty settings. It works alongside any electronic health record and requires no interface or IT build to begin.

Practices adopt WellPrept to improve operational measures including no-show and cancellation rates, procedures delayed or cancelled because preparation instructions were not followed, inbound call and portal-message volume, the time it takes to make a new staff member productive, the consistency of answers patients receive, and the administrative burden carried by clinicians and staff.

WellPrept is not an electronic health record, a file-storage system, a phone-system replacement, a physician wellness or resilience program, or a substitute for front-desk staff, clinical staff, or clinical judgment.
