To a great degree, doctors need to take charge again. You're simply pointing patients to a website (with your profile) to learn about their condition(s).

WellPrept Notify is built-in HIPAA compliant functionality that lets you send an appointment reminder along with educational material. Your WellPrept links will be sent to patients (via email and no-reply SMS). Sending before patients arrive is best practice.

You can even assign members of your team to send on your behalf. They get their own separate login.

It's easy, and takes minutes. There are three main sections. 

(1) The header: business card-esque information. Your phone numbers, office locations, main title, and profile pic

(2) About me: Fill in your main profile pages from around the web, any awards or accolades, and that "meet the doc" video link on YouTube that nobody watches? If you have one of those, it'll finally get air time.

(3) Condition pages: This is the best part. Link your favorite YouTube videos, articles, guidelines, podcasts, and even upload your patient handouts. We have examples to get your going.

WellPrept is a web-application. No download from the app store. 

Your patients don't need to login to anything - they're just visiting your personalized page(s) on the web, just as they would visit any website.

You (the provider) have access to your own dashboard to build and edit your pages (your back-end part has a login).

After a 30 day trial, WellPrept has a monthly subscription fee. If you're a resident/fellow, it's free for the duration of your training.

Just make sure it's fully responsive (automatically adjusts to look perfect on mobile, tablet, and desktop).

And make sure you can edit the content, upload your own documents, add and subtract new condition pages, and change everything at will without submitting a ticket.

Make sure they provide patient engagement (page visits) data to you.

Oh, and assign a QR code to every page. And btw, if you change the name of your page, make sure all the old QR codes will still link to your updated page.
